Privacy Policy


In view of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on thefree movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (Journal of Laws EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter: the GDPR, we inform you that:

  2. Your personal data may be processed:
    • based on your consent to the extent that you have given your consent (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1(a) of the GDPR);
    • in order to conclude and properly perform the obligations arising from a concluded contract (legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1(b) of the GDPR);
    • in order to comply with the Controller's legal obligations, including the issuing of invoices and accounting documents (legal basis: art. 6 sec. (1)(c) of the GDPR);
    • pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1(f) of the GDPR, i.e. based on the Controller's legitimate interest allowing, among other things, the assertion of possible contractual claims and the defense against possible claims.
  3. The processing duration of your personal data depends on the purpose for which it was collected and the wording of the applicable legislation. In particular, we process data related to:
    • the conclusion and performance of a contract - for the time necessary for the proper performance of a contract and thereafter until the expiry of the limitation period for any claims;
    • consent to their processing - until you withdraw your consent;
    • issuing accounting documents - for the period required by law
    • assertion or defense of claims, in particular in the event of litigation, until the legal conclusion of the proceedings and the expiry of the limitation periods laid down by law.
  4. The provision of personal data for the purpose of concluding and properly performing contractual obligations is voluntary, but necessary to establish cooperation within the scope of the services offered by the Controller, therefore, failure to provide data to the extent required by the Controller may result in inability to establish cooperation with the Controller.
  5. You have the right to request from the Controller access to your data and to receive a copy of your data, the right to rectify (amend) your data, the right to erase your data, to restrict the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to submit a complaint with a supervisory authority. In order to facilitate the exercise of your rights, we encourage you to contact us as described in pt. I.
  6. If your personal data is processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to process your personal data at any time, but such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
  7. The Controller does not use automated decision-making mechanisms, including profiling.
  8. The Controller will not, with the exception of the cases set out in the relevant legislation, share your personal data with third parties; however, in connection with the performance of the concluded contract, we may transfer your personal data to our partners - subcontractors, in particular IT service providers, law firms and accounting firms. Such entities process data based on a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions. Furthermore, your data will not be transferred to any third country/international organisation.
